About the Event
Exploring and exploiting dysfunctional family relationships, Behind Closed Doors dives into the chaotic lives of Mia and Harriet, siblings caught in a whirlwind of family drama led by their troubled mum, Martha. Secrets spill, tensions rise, and the characters struggle with their past baggage, trying to find a connection in their lonely world. Behind Closed Doors delivers a relatable rollercoaster ride, exploring themes of love and relationships, addiction and neglect. Following the performance the actors will open the floor to questions, giving insights to their characters, character analysis and development. This will be facilitated by Dr Katherine Johnson, Senior lecturer in performance.
