About the Event

"Three things are always certain in life. Death, taxes and some beady-eyed b*ll end telling you what you can and can't do”. Or at least, that's Freddy’s Mantra. Flat Broke follows the story of Freddy and his mates, Craig, Eric, Ian and Terrence, who are struggling to make ends meet and resort to unconventional means of making money as a way to raise funds before they lose their house. Encountering friend and foe alike it seems that the group, regardless of any outside pressure, manage to find a way to make things worse at every turn.

Created and performed by Steven Wardle, Joseph O'Neil Brewer, Aaron Blake, Ronin Gillespie-Griffiths, Troy De Luca, and featuring Maia Read.

Promotional photography by Jamie Dellar.
