About the Event
Rebekah, Grace and Alisha have known each other almost all of their lives; they’ve been there for each other through thick and thin, supporting one another as sisters should. But this year’s sleepover brings unexpected challenges as their friendship is tested and many truths are revealed. Witness a bond like no other as they take a trip down memory lane and reflect on what it means to navigate life as young Black women living in the UK.
The Summer of Blooming Dahlias is an original play written by Victoria Marrett, Flick Odiogor-odoh and Fatim Koroma.
