About the Event
Join the story of three young women as we learn about the circumstances in their past, that affect their future. Chippy is a dark, heart-rending, powerful performance about searching for a way out of the darkness that controls the future. Dealing with issues surrounding the true stories of the Rochdale human trafficking this show takes inspiration from Jane Upton's work All the Little Lights, which engages in taboo topics that need to be discussed more in today's society to spread awareness.

Change Makers 2023 showcases the work of Sheffield Hallam University’s graduating BA (Hons) Acting & Performance students. The showcase is part of Future Now, Sheffield’s festival of creativity.
